The people who work at SILIKEN are the company's main asset because they represent one of the keys to developing our plans and meeting our strategic objectives.
SILIKEN MODULES is young company and our human capital also shares this characteristic: the average age of our employees is 27. From management staff to production personnel, the entire Siliken staff is structured around work teams with their own responsibilities and objectives, although they are often closely linked with those of other departments.
At SILIKEN we are committed to flexibility and swift decision-making, we therefore attempt to establish organisational structures that are as flat and independent as possible.
